Welcome Mark
Bugsy’s Pest Solutions would like to welcome Mark Anderson to the Bugsy’s Family. Mark will be starting in February, meeting our clients and growing his route. If you are interested in our service options for your home or Business contact us today.
Mark has been in the Pest Control Industry for over 14 years. He has a AIB Certification and has Certifications from Purdue University in Pest Technology and Food Plant Pest Management. Mark is fluent in Spanish, and has taught English while he was traveling around Mexico after graduating college. Mark lives in Evansdale and enjoys spending time with his wife America and his daughter. He also enjoys music, volleyball, darts and fantasy football.
Mark is looking forward to continue his knowledge in the industry and provide award winning service for our customers.

Thank you to Brad and his company for coming in our home and not only making us feel we were the number one priority but that things were going to be ok. Our follow-up just went through and we are going great! We sleep so much better at night! New information and options in Customer Portal
Hello valued Bugsy’s Pest Solutions Customer,
We have some very cool things going on with our customer portal. After every service, you receive a email that has your service report and your invoice. In the first paragraph of the email it states “Your service report #1111 is attached in a message. You can view it online here.” If you tap the word “here” it will open up your customer portal. From there you can view everything you need. From past services, amount owed, SDS sheets, Chemical usage, Notes, Technician Licenses, Business License and all Certifications.
You can also pay via Credit Card on that site, we can then set you up on auto pay if you like, you’re credit card will be charged automatically after the service is rendered. so you do not have to worry about forgetting payment and no late charges. Just inform us you would like to be on auto pay.
Another neat function from this site is that Commercial accounts can add Maps to their facility and keep all paper work in one area for audits. It will also let commercial accounts have a Pest Sighting Log. This is where you can communicate with us if there is any problems between visits. In the future we will have it hooked up so you can aprove your next scheduled service.
We also have a referral program going on. If you have a new customer contact us, and they sign a year service agreement for monthly or every other month service. You will receive 10% off your next service and they will receive 10% off of there initial service. Just have them give us your name.
