We have some very cool things going on with our customer portal. After every service, you receive a email that has your service report and your invoice. In the first paragraph of the email it states “Your service report #1111 is attached in a message. You can view it online here.” If you tap the word “here” it will open up your customer portal. From there you can view everything you need. From past services, amount owed, SDS sheets, Chemical usage, Notes, Technician Licenses, Business License and all Certifications.
You can also pay via Credit Card on that site, we can then set you up on auto pay if you like, you’re credit card will be charged automatically after the service is rendered. so you do not have to worry about forgetting payment and no late charges. Just inform us you would like to be on auto pay.
Another neat function from this site is that Commercial accounts can add Maps to their facility and keep all paper work in one area for audits. It will also let commercial accounts have a Pest Sighting Log. This is where you can communicate with us if there is any problems between visits. In the future we will have it hooked up so you can aprove your next scheduled service.
We also have a referral program going on. If you have a new customer contact us, and they sign a year service agreement for monthly or every other month service. You will receive 10% off your next service and they will receive 10% off of there initial service. Just have them give us your name.
